Lighting Design
We specialize in high-end art and accent lighting, We work with architects and interior designers on design and implementation projects.
Whole Home Control
We install whole home controlled systems by Lutron. These systems include control of lighting, shades, security, HVAC temp control, occupancy sensors and media.
Smart Home Lighting
We install smart home Leviton dimmers, switches and outlets. These are controlled by an iOS or android smartphone application.
Emergency Power
Be ready for the next power outage with a back-up generator. It can back up just the most essential items or your entire home. We perform load calculations to determine the appropriate size needed along with the installation of automatic transfer switches.
Install and Repairs
We specialize in:
- Panel upgrades (up to 800 amps)
- Open circuit or short repairs
- Heated flooring
- Hot tub installations
- Heating and air conditioning installations

Solar PV Panels
We provide solar panel (PV) installations. The panels are a "grid tied" solar activated electrical generating system that has the capability of selling unused electrical power back to the serving electrical utility.
These systems have proven to work well with Seattle's cloudy weather.

Steve Metzner
Steve is the founder and owner of Mogul Electric Company LLC. He is a Master Electrician and Washington State licensed General Electrical Administrator.
Trevor Osgood
Trevor is completing his apprenticeship hours and will be testing for his WA State Journeyman certificate. He is a good craftsman and problem solver.
